Melt the chocolate at 45-50°C. Then cool to a suitable temperature for shaping or decoration.
Forming or decorating should be done at a temperature of 20-25°C and a humidity below 60%.
Storage conditions: Store in a clean, dry, cool place, free of strange odors. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and temperature changes.
